Great job with these. It's a very interesting style that I haven't really seen before (not that I'm experienced or anything...). Love how you gave Vira a very boyish look, that suits her very well since you can still tell she's a girl by her eyes. Lovin' it!

*Still totally in shock at having Jennarose spontaneously drawn by one of our best artists*

*Digs up the plans labelled "Strategy for Capping Morag D's 'Artistic Brilliance' Elite" and burns them, sells the giant hammer, and gives the Signet of Capture to Jennarose*

I'm an Interior Designer turned Historic Building Conservationist turned academic
I'm just doing this to balance me out, but I've always loved to draw and took art classes at school and during my ID course

but thanks so much, Hoodie

Because Morag didn't post it herself.. i am posting this to show off her awesome-ness.

I had asked her if she could work on designing a tattoo for me, which was going to be of both Shala's. My OC Shala from NWN and my Shala from GW.. She had finished the OC Shala first and i ended up getting it tattooed. The other Shala will probably follow next year which i will bug her for then

The Design

And end result (crappy angle picture and it was just done here)

Definitely channeling a bit of Jolie in the nose and mouth but I wouldn't have really picked it until it was pointed out. :P
Your gallery (too nice to be called a dump) is great! Even your sketches turn out gorgeous!
I hope you get to post more often, I really enjoy watching the wips you post.

Hm if you still wanted CnC (though my cnc probably isn't too helpful =_=) on the doppleganger pic my main issue is with the legs. Perhaps some exaggeration in sizes between the feet/leg sizes will help define the pose as a lunge (This is the base of the pose that I can feel you're conveying ). Either that or hide more of the hind leg (almost all up to the lower calf) depending on how accurate you wanted his technique to be. At least it's something to keep in mind during the rendering process.
Other than that the upper body is looking good and I like the dramatic perspective. Good luck in the contest, drawing fighting has always been a bit too challenging for me!
Looking forward to the final work though

Oh man, that's awesome! I love that you experiment with so many styles in your work and each one turns out really well.
